When you purchase a Booop tag, you’ll create a smart online profile for your pet. This profile includes essential information, such as their name, breed, age, and your contact details, ensuring that anyone who finds your pet has everything they need to return them home.
Every Booop tag features a unique QR code. When someone finds your pet, they can simply scan the QR code to access your pet’s profile instantly, providing them with all the necessary information to get your pet home safely.
Once the tag is scanned, you’ll receive a GPS location alert on your phone showing where your pet was found. This allows you to act quickly and reunite with your pet.
If you notice your pet is missing, just log into your pet’s profile and click “Alert as Lost” This sends an alert to the Booop community, asking members to help keep an eye out for your lost pet. We will also send you a ‘Missing Pet’ poster of your pet.

Upon receiving your Booop tag, you’ll need to follow the instructions provided (in your letter) to activate it.

We will alert all Booop members, vets and shelters in the area to lookout for your pet.

Is the Booop tag durable and safe for all pets?
Yes, the Booop tag is built to last and is perfectly safe for pets of all shapes and sizes. It’s fully waterproof and scratch-resistant, lightweight, and works with any smartphone
How much does the Booop cost?
To become a Booop member, you need to pay a membership fee of €2.99/ month or save 16% and pay €29.90 for the year.
Can I cancel my membership plan?
Yes, you can cancel your membership plan at any time, free of charge. Simply email [email protected] and we will cancel it accordingly – no questions asked.
Is there a guarantee on the Booop tag?
Yes, Booop offers a 30-day warranty on our tags. If your pets tag gets damaged and can’t be used, we will send you 1 new one for free. All you’ll have to cover is the delivery fee. Please refer to our 30 Day Guarantee policy.
How do I update my Booop profile?
Step 1: Login to your Booop profile on the following link: www.booop.mt/login
Step 2: Click ‘Edit Profile’
Step 3: Make the necessary changes and click ‘Save’
How long will my Booop tag take to arrive?
Orders placed on a weekday before 4 pm will be delivered within 2-5 working days, and orders after that time or on weekends will take slightly longer to be delivered.
Is Booop a tracker?
No, Booop is not a tracker. Booop is designed to give your pet the best chance of being reunited with you once someone else finds them!
Can I buy Booop if I am not in Malta?
No, we are currently available only in Malta, but we have exciting plans to expand and help more pets around the world in the future!
